General

Go For Leisure is not responsible for any injury or damage incurred by persons or property during the hire period.

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the hired equipment whilst under their custody and is to ensure the hired equipment is collected in the same condition it was delivered.

Go For Leisure may charge customers for loss of revenue for any equipment returned unfit for hire or returned after the specified agreed date and time.

Go For Leisure will give full instruction on the safe operation of any equipment being hired without the supervision of Go For Leisure staff.

Nobody under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances should be allowed to use the hired equipment.

The hirer should ensure that the equipment hired should, where applicable, be supplied in accordance with the Health & Safety Guidelines as detailed below.

In the event of wet or inclement weather, or in the event of high winds, where advised the equipment should not be used and deflated.

The Terms & Conditions of hire should be agreed and signed by the hirer or suitable person over 18 years of age.

Go For Leisure will also actively investigate and cooperate with law enforcement agencies any allegations of abuse or violation of system or network security as set out in the applicable Go For Leisure Acceptable Use Policy.

Risk Assessment

Equipment should be supervised by an adult supervision at all times.

Where appropriate, any guy ropes or pegs must remain in place and the unit should not be moved at any time.

Any blowers should not be switched off until all persons have been removed to a safe distance.

Bouncing and somersaults are strictly prohibited on any inflatable games.

Food, drink, shoes and sharp objects are not permitted on any inflatable games.

Health and Safety Guidelines

Go For Leisure is to ensure that, where appropriate:

1. All anchor points are intact and not damaged.

2. Anchor ropes are not worn or chaffed.

3. Anchor stakes and their location are suitable for continued use.

4. The equipment is at a suitable safe distance from any obstacles.

5. There are no holes or rips in the surface or seams of any inflatable.

6. The pressure in any inflatable is sufficient and the inflatable is suitably firm enough for use

7. Any blower or generator has been checked for loose wires, bolts or screws and oil levels are within operating guidelines.

8. Any cables supplied are not worn or chaffed and any plugs or sockets are not damaged and wired correctly.

The Hirer/Supervisor is to ensure that, where appropriate:

1. All users remove footwear, any hard or sharp objects from their person including spectacles, before using any inflatable games.

2. No bouncing is permitted on any inflatable games.

3. Ensure that the equipment is not overloaded.

3. Ensure that the equipment does not rub or chaff on any object.

InflataBull

Only one person allowed on unit at a time.

It's advised that the maximum weight of a user is 15 stone / 95 kg.

Only one person should operate each strap.

Inflatable Twister

No bouncing or jumping is permitted on/onto or off the unit at any time

As a guide, up to 6 under 12s, or 4 over 12s should be permitted on the unit at the same time.

Penalty Shootout

Only one person should be permitted to kick a ball in the unit at a time.
